This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Studio H collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the Studio H School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses ( or “Classes”) offered by Studio H.

We collect whatever information you provide to us.

If you place an order by enrolling in a course, we collect your address, phone number, credit card information, and the details of your order.

We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

If you log in using a third-party service (like Facebook Connect or Google Plus), both we and that third-party may receive some information about you and your use of the services, including your list of contacts. Information about you collected automatically from technology.
To make our Site and related services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) automatically collect information from you. Targeted Advertising. Third-party advertising companies serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. Social Media Features. Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, the “share this” widget, or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing it.
We do not respond to browser-based "do not track" signals. Some third party sites who push content to our site may keep track of your browsing activities over time and across different websites when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.

Choices/Opt-out options
If you don’t want to receive our newsletter or marketing emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, update your communications preferences in your membership account on our website or contact using the contact information below.
You may update or delete any of your personal information in your account by editing your profile within your account or by sending an email to us at the email address set forth above. Please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud or similar purposes. If you have posted information publicly on any part of our site, you should be aware that others may have copied and retained it.

A note about children
Our Site is not directed to and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
